PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING AN INTAKE APPOINTMENT:
- It is expected that you already have either spoken to Planning Staff or completed a Project Preliminary Review before booking this appointment. THIS APPOINTMENT IS NOT FOR PROJECT REVIEW.
- All required submittal items (permit application, plan sets, supplemental documents, etc.) must be complete at time of intake appointment. Otherwise you will be required to reschedule your appointment for when the submittal packet is complete.
- You are allowed a maximum of two permit applications for the same project site (eg., Planned Development Rezoning and Planned Development Permit) for each intake appointment hour. If you wish to submit multiple applications for multiple sites, please book one appointment for each application and/or site.

Do not double book appointments. The Planning Technicians may cancel a duplicate appointment to accommodate other applicants wishing to book appointments. For reschedules and cancellations, contact your assigned Technician.
