Planning Permit Application Intake Appointment
The following are planning permit applications that are only accepted by appointment with Planning staff and conducted at the Planning and Development Services offices located on the 3rd floor of the City Hall tower building. Initial Application fees must be paid on the day of the application submittal appointment. See the list of fees for more information

Cancel / Reschedule Appointments
Please contact your assigned Technician either via email or phone to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours before your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
